Fran & Ali

Background

The Massage Centre is owned and run by husband-and-wife team Fran and Ali. Having trained as a Sports Massage Therapist Fran founded The Massage Centre in 2008 to offer pain relief and rehabilitation solutions to his remedial massage clients in Chiswick. It wasn’t long until the therapist team and client base had grown, warranting Ali to join as Practice Coordinator. Her organisational skills enabled the clinic to scale and become a 6-treatment room facility which is unique as a standalone remedial massage clinic in London. It’s a company that was set up by massage therapist with a client centred approach using sustainable practises to promote therapist career development and longevity. As their biological and work family grew around them, they evolved their work practises where Ali works remotely, and Fran no longer treats clients and focuses on team development.
