⭐ If you’d like the soonest appointment, just open the TMC Helpdesk in the right‑hand corner and type “find next available appt any therapist/service”. It’ll show you the earliest slot.

Booking confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking. Please ensure the account management and reminders options are ticked. If you don’t receive the email, check your junk folder or call 020 8166 8958.

If availability isn’t showing for your preferred day: Call us on 020 8166 8958 — we can check for gaps between appointments and add you to our waiting list.

Cancellations: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment. Changes within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the service price. No‑shows or cancellations within 2 hours of covered reception hours are charged at the full fee.(reception working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm). We always aim to fill late‑cancelled appointments and credit the fee back to your account whenever possible. Please do not leave voicemail messages for cancellations, as these may not be received or monitored in time. Ensure you receive verbal or written confirmation from us for any appointment cancellation made by email or text. If you do not receive confirmation, please assume we have not received your message and contact us again to avoid being liable for any cancellation fees.

First‑time clients: A 50% deposit will be charged when booking your appointment using the card details provided. The remaining balance is paid at the clinic. Please ensure your card details are correct. If you prefer to use another payment method, please call us on 020 8166 8958. If we do not receive your deposit within 24 hours of your appointment and we are unable to reach you to collect payment, your appointment will be cancelled.

Pregnancy massage: We can treat pregnancies without complications from 12 weeks onwards. Please select Pregnancy Massage below and choose from the available therapists. Include how many weeks pregnant you are when booking. If you have any questions, call 020 8166 8958
