Outside of work, Aleesah has a strong interest in health and wellbeing. She loves cooking and is particularly passionate about healthy eating, often exploring how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact overall health (sleep, mood, energy levels, skin health etc)! Aleesah also loves challenges and exploring the world.. and isn’t really scared of much! Whether thats putting herself through three weeks of intense Muay training in Thailand.. alone or travelling to a new country and exploring the hidden parts that tourists would never think about going!
