Meg Wignall

Background

Meg has a Bsc in Sports Rehabilitation, from St Marys University in Twickenham. As a keen sports person, excelling in tennis, Meg has experienced the challenges injuries create in both a sporting environment and everyday life. These experiences have driven her to become a professional in the field and therefore able to offer a variety of rehabilitation skills to fit all client’s needs.

In her career to date, she has provided personalised diagnosis; recovery plans and associated treatments in varying environments, including professional rugby teams, in private clinics and a specialised non-sporting cardiovascular and neurological gym. Here she provided multiple forms of treatment, from deep tissue massage to taping.

The ability to apply both hands on and observational analysis and diagnosis, allows Meg to create a plan of action for each individual. This is a skill she specialises in, and forms an integral part of the recovery techniques and methods she uses to reduce and eliminate pain, increase her client’s confidence and return them to full fitness.
