Last year I found myself with severe pain down my left leg. Doctors and physiotherapists were unable to help or pinpoint what the issue was.
I found The massage centre through google and was drawn to them for their trigger point therapy.
Working with Jo and Fran to work out what the issue was and the needed treatment was amazing!! With their help my pain had disappeared and I was able to get back to my daily life.
I am now back with another issue and am already seeing the benefits of the remedial massage that Jo is helping me with.
I can recommend Jo, Fran and the team here very highly.

I started seeing Jo Stewart a few months ago and she is seriously amazing!! I’ve seen her for a number of reasons but the biggest one was when I had sudden twinge/ severe pain in my lower back that came on so strongly I had trouble walking – I went to see Jo and in all honesty, because the pain was so acute did not think that it could be resolved in one session. Jo managed to get rid of it in less than an hour and it didn’t come back – she has magic hands!! On top of that, she is such a lovely person, very empathetic and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo.
