Alex discovered how essential massage was in his teenage years, helping him recover from several injuries. He later pursued rehabilitation as a career, qualifying with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. His training and previous work experience enabled his understanding of musculoskeletal injury and how to apply corrective movement patterns.
Alex’s treatments focus on helping his clients restore full movement, treat injuries, and combat chronic pain. He is an advocate for correct movement patterns and balancing compensations that occur in the body. He takes pride in helping his clients restore well-being and supporting them in staying healthy with a regular massage routine.
To complement his sports massage skills, Alex also utilises his skills in Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Mobilisation.
