Alessandro Negro

Alessandro’s interest in massage started as a teenager. He discovered how powerful massage was in helping him recover and rehabilitate injuries sustained from swimming, windsurfing, judo and fencing competitions. He has a remedial approach to solving musculoskeletal dysfunctions and injuries and received his sports massage training at The London School of Osteopathy.

Alessandro’s focus is on improving his client’s total wellbeing, whether by helping release tense muscles, treat injuries or addressing chronic pain by improving function and helping his client’s management and understanding of their condition. He advocates the importance of promoting overall balance and efficiency of both body and mind, to become resilient in the challenges of daily life.

To complement his sports massage treatments he also practices the techniques of Swedish, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and muscular energy technique (MET).

Outside of his work he loves playing the guitar, travelling, meeting new people and sport.

Highly recommend this place for proper therapeutic massage – very knowledgable (anatomy, biomechanics) and thoughtful (dedication, adaptive) approach to solve the problems – and it shows in the results. Solved a 5 year issue that had > 100 sessions at other places. (My therapist: Alessandro.) – Posted on Google Places
