Running a Marathon? – the importance of stretching during training

The London marathon has just pasted and thousands of running enthusiasts are gleefully celebrating the highlight of their running year. With their training program complete in previous weeks and the longer practice runs done, last week runners were busy focusing their minds on mental preparation. Some were seasoned runners and have made it through training in good condition, while others had to fight off injury or rely on prayer to get through. Loyalty Packages at The Massage Centre

Did you know that you can save money on buying a loyalty package of 60 minute treatments? There are two options:

60 minute treatment - £75 (normal price)

Package of 5 x 60 minute massage treatments: £350, saving 6.7% (£70 per hour)

Package of 10 x 60 minute massage treatments: £675, saving 10% (£67.50 per hour)

Packages can be shared amongst family and friends. You can instruct our reception team to permanently share your package with named loved ones or just as a special treat for someone in need.

T&Cs: Packages are signed for on each visit to give you clarity as to when and by whom they’ve been used. They are automatically valid for 18 months but can be extended as requested.
